This Training Seminar addresses three distinct and vital areas of team building:

  • Day 1 – Team Building: Team roles, personalities, and the dynamics of a team

This lesson will help you understand how the individual dynamics of your team help or hurt team effectiveness. Gain insight into an individual’s behavioral tendencies in a team environment, and learn how these strengths and weaknesses affect how team members perceive themselves in the group. With this information, you will learn how to identify the missing qualities necessary for an effective team and be able to develop individuals’ strengths to build a more productive team.

Building on day 1, team building methodology incorporates an assessment of your personal style with techniques for improving active listening, communicating clearly, assessing the strengths of others, and building teams whose strengths and skills complement one another.
